Our open frame touch monitors are available with Infrared Touch Screen or PCAP Touch Screen

The Infrared Touch Screen relies on the interference of light to register touch points, which can be interacted with using a stylus, gloved finger, or any object and the touch will still be detected. With other touch technologies, this is almost impossible to achieve.

While infrared touch technology is accurate, capacitive touch is more sensitive and accurate in comparison, allowing for greater touch point detection and faster response times. Since PCAP forgoes the use of infrared touch technology transmitter and receiver, it does not require the large bezels of the infrared touch LCD screen, making it slimmer and more stylish. The glass cover of the capacitive screen is extremely durable and scratch-resistant, minimizing maintenance and repairs.

Touch screen monitors 21.5 inches or larger have a High-Definition Native Resolution of 1920 X 1080 @ 60Hz but other resolutions are available depending on the screen. Typically, 43” and above are 4K 3840 x 2160 pixels.

Is the front surface of industrial panel pc screen vulnerable to scratch?

The hardness of the front surface of the LCD screen is generally Mohs’ 7H (Capacitive Touch), which is not easy to be scratched with sharp tools. Resistive touch is 3H only. If scratched, touch function will be influenced.You can choose to paste tempered glass.

What is the standard KONCETH monitor brightness?

Standard brightness for our LCD panels are around 350 Nits . Higher brightness Nit panels up to 3500 Nits can be specially ordered.

Are KONCETH products IP65 rated?

Yes, we have a wide range of IP65 rated monitors and even IP66 and IP67 are also available
