QA Casual Inspection
The qualified products will be stored up after casual sampling from mass production according to sampling standard to ensure the product’s quality. The unqualified products will be returned to production line to reassemble.
Products Packing
After passing every test and meeting Kontech’s shipment standard, the products will be packed according to packing operation processes.
QC Appearance Inspection
The products will be tested by means of instrument measurement and sensory judgment for the appearance and assembling processes according to QC appearance inspections process after assembling. The unqualified products will be returned to the production line to replace the faulty parts and reassembly.
QC Functionality Test
The products will be tested by means of instrument measurement and operation inspection according to QC functionality testing process after assembling. The unqualified products will be returned to the production line to replace the faulty parts and reassembly.
Incoming Materials Inspection
IQC dep. will check the quality of raw materials, parts or products according to the GB2828 sampling standard. Qualified products will be stored to the raw material warehouse, and unqualified materials will be returned to the supplier.
Products Assembling, Aging
After assembling in the production line, some samples will be put into the aging room for high temperature detection, so that to make sure the product will be working after withstanding the corresponding high temperature environment.
